Journey into Mystery 88 VG/VG+ Early THOR and 2nd Loki appearance

I kind of hate to see this one go, but it is a duplicate in my collection, so I'd love to see in in the hands of someone who will appreciate it. A clean, solid copy with some spine stresses and a couple of faint corner creases on the cover (see pictures).
