Front cover has an "R" written in pen on top left hand corner, spine damage/creasing, blunted corners, three bindery tears, staple rust, slight spine roll, discoloration, spine ticks, 1/2 tear near spine (bottom) and 1/4 inch tear near spine (top). Front cover also has areas of scuffing, creasing and folding. There is also a faded spot/paper abrasion? On the house/about halfway down cover, near the edge of cover. Back cover has some small tears around edges, scuffing/discoloration, as well as some areas of creasing and folding.

As mentioned earlier, the bindery tears can be seen from the back of cover. Inside pages are clean and complete for the most part, with some having small tears/folds (nothing major/no large tears, rips, folds) + some perforation tears. More pictures available upon request!
